Pois é, estou de volta a casa, mas para ser sincera não voltava tão cedo.
Por mais cliché que seja (ou não) fiz as minhas férias no Algarve.
Tinha saudades de tudo desde as praias, aos parques aquáticos, á pesca...á comida, mas principalmente do cheiro que considero como uma espécie de anti-depressivo.
Esta foi também a primeira vez que fui com amigos, e tenho a dizer
que cozinhámos como gente grande, com a abundância de peixe e marisco fresco era muito difícil resistir e ficar apenas a olhar.
Infelizmente não há fotos que o possam provar mas o quilo a mais que trouxe do Algarve serve muito bem como tal.
Por fim, a cereja no topo do bolo: o Restaurante "O Grego",
uma viagem pelos sabores da Grécia, sem dúvida um dos melhores restaurantes que já fui em todos os níveis!

As cliché that is (or not) I've spend my holiday in Algarve.
I've missed everything, from the beaches, the aquatic parks, fishing, the food, but mostly the smell which I consider as a kind of anti-depressant.
This was also the first time I went with my friends, and I have to say
we cook like a grown people as we are, with plenty of fresh fish and seafood.
Unfortunately no photos that can prove this, but the extra pound that i've brought with me is enough to prove that the food was great.
Finally, the icing on the cake: the restaurant "The Greek"
a journey through Greece, arguably one of the best restaurants I've ever been at all levels!
