Tal como o título indica, desta vez a viagem foi por terras "Vikings", mais propriamente Copenhaga e Estocolmo .
Se eu já idolatrava estes povos fiquei a adora-los ainda mais.
Sem conhecer já adorava tudo o que tem a ver com a Escandinávia (bem...tirando o frio vá), o bom gosto, o design, a forma minimalista como se vestem, modo de vida, enfim, 99% dos blogs que vejo regularmente são ou suecos ou dinamarqueses.
Mas estamos aqui para falar de comida!
Não estava muito convencida quanto a este campo pois na minha cabeça resumia-se a salmão e aquele pão muito escuro sem graça, mas enganei-me e ainda bem!!!
Existe muita variedade de cozinhas, em Copenhaga não experimentei nada 100% típico, e sem ser comida tipica tenho a dizer que o fazem muito bem.

I was not very convinced about this field because in my head was summed up with salmon and that very dark bread, but I was wrong, thankfully wrong!!!
